Job Description : –

• We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Software Engineer who will also serve as a Technical Trainer to mentor and train computer science students.
• The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in preparing students to meet real-world client requirements and excel in the fast-paced field of software development.

Key Responsibilities : –

• Technical Training: Design and deliver training sessions to computer science students in Java full stack development, microservices architecture, Angular, React, and AWS technologies.
• Real-World Scenarios: Develop and present real-time project scenarios, case studies, and hands-on exercises to help students understand and solve complex problems they may encounter in client projects.
• Client-Project Simulation: Create an environment that simulates the challenges and expectations students will face in client projects, fostering their ability to adapt and excel.
• Mentorship: Provide one-on-one guidance and mentorship to students, helping them build strong problem-solving skills, coding practices, and project management capabilities.
• Curriculum Enhancement: Collaborate with the curriculum development team to ensure that training materials are up-to-date and aligned with industry best practices.
• Assessment: Regularly assess student progress and adapt training methodologies to address their strengths and weaknesses.

• Stay Updated: Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in Java full stack, microservices, Angular, React, and AWS, and incorporate relevant updates into the training program.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of training materials, student progress, and assessment results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• At least 5 years of professional experience as a software engineer, with a strong background in Java full stack development, microservices, Angular, React, and AWS.

• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

• Prior experience in training, mentoring, or teaching is a plus.

• AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Developer) are a plus.

• Experience working in client-facing roles or on client projects is highly desirable.
