Third Wave Coffee Roasters tracks its origins to the city of Bangalore and is dedicated to bringing the best of coffee. It was born from a genuine need to improve the quality of coffee experiences in India. We borrow our name from some of the best practices between coffee bean farmers and retailers who invest tremendous time in understanding the growing conditions of the coffee – now known as the third wave of coffee movement’. Are you a passionate Coffee Enthusiast with a flair for effective communication? We have an exciting opportunity for a Barista intern at Third Wave Coffee Roasters! Join our dynamic team and embark on a journey to explore the art of coffee making like never before.

Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Work closely with Senior Experienced Baristas to learn and perfect the craft of brewing the finest, handcrafted coffees.
• Engage and interact with customers to provide exceptional service, sharing your knowledge of our unique coffee offerings.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations, from managing inventory to maintaining cleanliness and organization in the caf .
• Assist in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for customers, ensuring their experience is memorable and delightful.
• Contribute to product development by providing valuable feedback on coffee profiles and suggesting potential enhancements.
• Uphold the company’s commitment to sustainability by implementing eco-friendly practices in coffee preparation and waste management.
• Seize opportunities for personal growth and development through participation in training programs and workshops.
• Form meaningful relationships over a world-class brewing experience.
