Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding and interest in our products
• Counsel prospective students and their parents in choosing suitable courses
• Help incoming leads to choose the right product and persuade them to conversion
• Using scripts to provide information about product features, price and benefits over call for prospective customers
• Updating the in-house team to understand the customer needs regularly
• Maintaining & tracking all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales

Key requirements

• Prior experience of 1 year as an admissions counsellor or similar
• Keen interest in education and mentoring students. A knack for sales and lead conversion
• Excellent communication skills in English, Kannada & Tamil languages
• Ability to switch communication styles on a whim
• Good persuasion skills, extrovert nature and patience in handling customer rejection
• Ability to balance administrative and support services efficiently
