Responsibilities

• Selling job-oriented engineering learning programs (courses) to prospective leads
• Outbound and inbound sales calls
• Ability to conduct LIVE zoom meetings.
• Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company.
• Contacting colleges, universities, and companies to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
