Job description

• Candidate must have at least 1 Year experience as Study Visa Counselor.
• Candidate must have good communication skills, both spoken and writing.
• Candidate must be self motivated and eager to do grow in profile.
• Candidate must be ready to meet job sales targets.
• Candidate must have pleasing personality and good interpersonal skills.
• Candidate must be updated about current visa trends in the market.
• Candidate must know how to deal with the prospective students & family.
• Candidate should be from local area.

Roles and Responsibilities: –

• Attend clients and resolve grievances.
• Giving information to clients about company product and services.
• Counseling clients for education domain for higher studies.
• Coordinating with clients over the call and giving online counseling.
• Taking inbound and outbound calls, and keeping the record.

Minimum Eligibility:

• Graduate.
• The ability to work well in a team.
• Basic knowledge of computer.
• Sharp Communication Skills.
• Experience in same industry will be preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹18,500.00 – ₹22,500.00 per month
