Maximum Salary Offered: INR 5.4 LPA
Location: Gurugram
Shift: 9-5 (Monday to Friday)
Not hiring freshers- applicants should have experience with Start-Ups and creative industries. Should also speak fluent English.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
- Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Assist with budget monitoring and payroll.
- Recommend strategies to motivate employees and execute employee retention programs for organization.
- Manages the day-to-day operations of the human resources office.
- Administration of HR policies, procedures and programs.
- Carries out one or more responsibilities in the following functional areas: departmental development, HRIS, recruitment, on boarding, employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development and talent management.
- End to end payroll processing (India)
- Responsible for overall professional recruitment delivery and should have prior experience in rapid hiring.
- Preparing certain reports on demand basis.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements.
- Craft and send recruiting emails.
- Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities.
Skills/ Requirements
- Preferably a postgraduate degree in HR.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations, income-tax deductions calculations and payroll management.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.
- Sound knowledge of income tax calculations.
