Role & responsibilities
A) Delivery Schedule – Session Plan Compliance:
Ensure strict adherence to the session plan, maintaining consistency in content delivery.
Punctuality in session timings to optimize learning outcomes.
B) Direct to Device Delivery (D2D):
Facilitate seamless direct-to-device delivery of training materials.
C) Assessments:
Ensure that the batch maintains an average score of at least 70% in assessments.
D) Session Observation:
Conduct periodic session observations to ensure quality and effectiveness of training.
E) Batch Management:
Manage various administrative tasks for batches, including NISM registration, attendance tracking, updating
marks, and coordinating placement drives.
F) Grooming & JD Briefing:
Prepare students for course-related challenges and coordinate placement activities, including providing job
descriptions, student documentation, interview coordination, and maintaining drive records.
G) Placement Coordination & Tracking:
Ensure timely updates to the Placement tracker, coordinate placement drives, report placement connects and
gather feedback for continuous improvement.
H) Course / Content preparation:
Develop and update course content as required to meet evolving training needs.
Implement various teaching methodologies to foster interactive and engaging training sessions.
Required skills:
- Proficiency in the BFSI sector.
- Strong command of MS Excel.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with a wide range of training processes, including mentoring, teaching, on-the-job training, and eLearning.
- Advanced computer literacy, including MS Office and related business and communication tools.
- Goal-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in the local language.
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
