Job Description:

Looking for enthusiastic leader who coaches, teaches, promotes computer literacy among our students as per the in-house IT curriculum. We have a comprehensive, structured and scaffold curriculum which enables the 21st century learner. In this position, you will be required to craft and present lessons, develop teaching material, attend parent-teacher conferences. To ensure success as a computer teacher, you should demonstrate flexibility and support as you help students to develop confidence in their computer skills. An outstanding computer teacher will be cognizant of the socioeconomic factors that limit access to technology and will make a concerted effort to acclimatize students with no prior exposure to computer science.

Our IT Curriculum:

TSS IT curriculum includes introduction to the world of computer science, understanding the internet, introductory coding, understanding and navigating social networks, operating systems, cyber security, conventional and contemporary tools of information technology to make every child a versatile personality in preparing to face a constantly changing IT landscape.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Curriculum and teaching

1. Devise lesson plans and deliver lectures to students as per the grade

2. Design activities that facilitate students attain basic and advanced computer skills

3. Design and develop appropriate computer instructional material

4. Develop and implement classroom activities consistent with the student management issues

5. Ensuring assessment and feedback strategies are of the highest standards

6. Facilitate open classroom discussion

7. Encourage alternative learning methods

8. Conduct independent research and attend symposiums

Collaboration and training

1. Conduct internal training sessions to fellow staff members as needed.

2. Collaborate with fellow teachers and instructional coaches to bring in the digital transformation in education

3. Plan and revise curricula materials as per academic structure

4. Lead the internal and Department meetings, ensuring a focus on improving student outcomes.

5. Confer with parents, department heads, and counselors on student progress

6. Supporting teachers in the timely and effective reporting of information to parents.

Operations

1. Overseeing all technology operations and evaluating them according to established goals

2. Planning and establishing IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies as per Organizational policy.

3. Analysing the Organizational requirements of all departments to determine the changing technology needs.

4. Organize, maintain, and manage class systems in working condition.

5. Determine and troubleshoot technology services for staff.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
