The Smart Owl is an online learning platform that connects learners and tutors. For the learners, it’s all about compatibility and finding a teacher who gets them. For the learners, it is about discovering tutors for any subject that they would want to gain knowledge on. For the employees, it is about building the bridge between educators and learners.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

You will be the face or voice of the brand for every tutor that interact with The Smart Owl. We help them understand the SO moves towards holistic way of learning.

  • Build a relationship with the tutor who signs up on the SO platform, and be their guiding hand and familiarise them with the product, our vision, and the big picture
  • Create the need for The Smart Owl in every household and have them subscribe to us
  • Optimum utilisation of the tutor leads that will be provided by the company.
  • Interview the tutor; the quality of the tutors that joins us will depend on the Program Associate
  • Ensure that tutors understand why this platform would make their lives easier
  • Communicate with existing teachers to understand what we can do more to enable them
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to tutor inquiries
  • Be the face of the brand for our tutors

SKILLS REQUIRED

A Program Associate’s linguistic, technical, and organisational skills are a prerequisite, but when it comes to building an excellent experience for the parent or learner, another set of skills needs to come to the fore.

The candidate must:

  • Have a passion for learning and is open to work in a dynamic environment
  • Have 6 months – 4 years of B2C sales experience
  • Be target-driven and achievement-oriented.
  • Be enthusiastic and relentless in achieving and exceeding targets
  • Be customer (learner) success driven
  • Track and manage multiple learners programs from inception to implementation
  • Be highly organised and juggle multiple projects
  • Have proven track record of converting leads
