*ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are on the hunt for self-motivated and experienced tutors who can teach 9th, 10th, 11th or 12th grade – Biology | Physics | Chemistry | Mathematics | Commerce | Accounts | Business Studies | Economics to join the flock and teach learners effectively. Join our community of educators dedicated to changing the world, one child at a time. As a teacher, you will be cultivating the students’ interest in education and development. Your responsibilities will include grading assignments, evaluating students’ progress, and planning educational activities.

In addition to having excellent written and verbal communication skills, our ideal candidate will also demonstrate outstanding presentation and interpersonal abilities.

Role Responsibility

• Manage pupil learning through effective teaching.
• Ensure continuity, progression and cohesiveness in all teaching.
• Use variety of methods and approaches to match curricular and co-curricular objectives
• Teaching German to students from beginner to advanced level.
• Communicate high expectations for every student.
• Planning and implementing a program of instruction and lesson plans.
• Demonstrate effective preparation for student’s instruction.
• Have knowledge of varied methodologies of instruction and assessment
• Inspiring and motivating students to extend themselves to after school speech clubs.
• Building relationships and mentoring students.
• Maintain student behavioural standards to ensure a productive and disciplined environment that is conducive to learning.

• Maintain a fun, safe and positive learning environment for students.
• Evaluate student progress and ensure that students complete daily assignments.

SKILLS REQUIRED

The knowledge of the core subjects, creative forms of instruction and brilliant vocabulary is a prerequisite, but when it comes to building an excellent experience for the parent or learner, another set of skills needs to come to the fore.

The candidate must have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in the respective subject you are applying for.

• Previous curriculum designing and teaching experience for a minimum of 2 years.

• Be target-driven and achievement-oriented.

• Excellent writing and communication skills.

• Be learner success driven.

• Be able to associate and relate with the learners.

• Be able to create an atmosphere that isn’t hostile to learning.

• Be able to draw out and engage with each learner irrespective of their demographic.

• Track and manage multiple learners programs from inception to implementation.

• Have knowledge of various changes in discipline and adaptability to the same.
