Timings: Monday to Friday (8:45am to 5pm) & 2 Saturday Half Day (Only Women)
Experience: Prior experience of managing the preschool or experience of admin/teaching
Location: Madhapur/Hitechcity/Narsing/Gachibowli/Miyapur

“The Singing Bowl” is a preschool run on the philosophy that education is a process of drawing out what is within. The best we adults, teachers or parents, can do is to awaken in our children the appetite and capacity for learning, and the joy in learning and growing through a relaxed joyful learning experience that naturally allows the unfolding of inherent abilities of the child. We are a school founded on ‘true love for children’. We are looking for a person (only women) who shares this love and passion to work with children and manage the preschool operation. The curriculum is an integrated methodology of Waldorf, Multiple intelligences and Reggio Emilia philosophies.

Responsibilities

• Create brand through proper marketing with the help of school management which translates into enquiries for different school programs
• Effective parent communication
• Promote a strong sense of teamwork and build motivated team (teachers/caretakers) which achieves the goals that are aligned to the organisational needs.
• Coordinate between the teachers for effective curriculum implementation
• Admin management for books of accounts, inventory, infrastructure
• Overseeing the daycare quality and coordinate with the supervisor in planning activities
