We are looking for a Program Coordinator with a strong understanding to design and develop content for Scientific Conferences.

Job Summary: Roles and Responsibilities Research and Event Management Coordinates program-related events such as workshops, symposia, national and international Scientific Events, etc. with International Speakers and delegates. Designing scientific sessions for the conference. Invite professors, assistants, Associates from Universities and Directors, Managers and Executives from Reputed companies throughout the world. Be the main point of contact for program chairs, session chairs, scientific committee, and invited speakers for conference content / for all conference-related communications. Forming an organizing committee and scientific squad with top-quality scientists on the research. More intellectual in using scientific knowledge and footing on current scientific inventions. Adopt/attain information on new findings in all related research fields regularly. To make the event successful by providing fruitful information to the scientific community. Understanding the various research works, Finding Similarities, and establishing relationships among them (Analyzing Research Work). Forwarding Analysis report to next level management to initiate the conference. Establish formal communication with clients through mail and phone (if necessary) and answer inquiries by clarifying desired information. Resolve problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems Acts as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Conference Chairs, Scientific Committee, Keynote Speakers and Other invited Speakers Maintains Information/Data and improves quality results by adhering to guidelines Available to travel abroad to coordinate conference at the venue Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Desired Candidate Profile Good communication skills Good Written skills Basic computer knowledge-MS-Office, Browsing Techniques, etc.Good Interpersonal Skill
