Full Job Description
Responsibilities
Your primary responsibility will be that of a Homeroom Teacher (for a grade among Grade 1 to Grade 9) facilitating Crew, Literacy & Science using the Project-Based-Learning pedagogy.
Your secondary responsibility would be to help children across grades to progress on their Individualized Learning Plans (ILPs).
Additional responsibilities include:
- Doing a deep-dive into EL Education’s unique Project-Based Learning Model.
- Developing strong one-to-one relations with students and parents
- Leading professional development and classroom observations
- Documenting all work
- Participating in parent outreach / marketing initiatives
- Admissions counseling
Prerequisites
- Excellent oral & written English
- Love for learning and research
- Ability to work in teams
- Humility
- Prior Experience of at least 2 years in teaching
