Job Description:

• Planning and preparing courses and lessons. Maintaining up to date subject knowledge related to CBSE preparation for respective primary classes.

• Be proactively involved in teaching students.

• Motivating, facilitating, teaching, according to the pupil’s educational needs.

• Plan, prepare and present lessons that cater to the needs of the whole ability range within their class. Preparing weekly assignments for each batch assigned to her.

• Responsible for mentoring students and effective management of the classroom environment.

• Responsible for effective instructions, innovative approaches, and instructional strategies, including the effective use of technologies, to increase student learning and confidence to learn.

• Assessing, recording and reporting on the development and progress of students on timely basics.

• Communicating, consulting and providing feedback to the parents of students during PTM or as and when the requirement / need arises.

• Supervising students throughout the day, both in the classroom and outside during breaks.

• Maintaining productive working habits and discipline in the classroom.

• Organizing, attending and supervising school activities such as excursions, school concerts, camps and sporting events.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in education with a minimum of 2 years of experience in CBSE Schools. CTET cleared candidates will be preferred.

• Strong knowledge of respective subjects and ability to handle learners/slow learners from respective classes.

• Candidates with School teaching experience along with experience in teaching primary classes will be preferred.

• Must possess excellent presentation and English communication skills.
