Job Description
We are in search of a go-getter, dream-chaser, and someone who can add a touch of awesomeness to our team! We need a Business Development Manager who can help us expand our clientele and bring in sustainable financial growth. If you have a knack for sales and are passionate about forging strong relationships with clients, then we want you on our team!
Please note that you will have to work from our awesome office located in the heart of Kharadi, Pune.
As a Business Development Manager, you will have the following exciting responsibilities:
– Hunt for potential clients and be a master at business development activities.
– Be a lead hunter and move leads through the sales cycle like a pro.
– Understand client needs, meet them and follow up to give them customized business proposals.
– Develop quotes and proposals that will make clients fall in love with us.
– Set goals and plans for business and revenue growth and watch us expand like never before.
– Research, plan and implement new target market initiatives, and watch our client base grow!
– Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support, and be the superhero for our clients.
– Build long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
To be the perfect fit for this role, you should meet the following requirements:
– A Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of industry experience (preferably in an advertising agency) or MBA in Marketing from a reputable university.
– You should have at least 2 years of experience in a Marketing and Advertising firm.
– You should have experience in the full sales cycle, including deal closing. You are the boss of the sales cycle!
– You should be a ninja when it comes to negotiation and have excellent communication and presentation skills.
– CRM experience is preferred, but we are willing to teach you if you are willing to learn.
