At The Innovation Story (TIS), our mission is to equip young people with real-world skills and help them transform into innovators and problem solvers through a variety of initiatives and programs such as skill-building courses, innovation challenges, workshops, and speakers series, and competitions.

STEM Educator @TIS
As one of the pioneers towards creating a generation of leaders and revolutionizing the field of education, you will drive the vision, implementation, and market success of the programs at TIS.
You will work with TIS’ Academic Advisory Board and leading field experts to deliver creative technology curriculums that inspire students to innovate with technology. This will require high-caliber communication skills and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to learn and adapt. You must come up with innovative ideas yourself to help make the curriculum more engaging and inclusive.
What will you do?
- Mentor the cohort –
You will drive the program by being a mentor to middle and high school students for TIS’ variety of programs based on your expertise. You will –
- Mentor a cohort of students, assess them
- Track the progress of the student and create a report
- Manage the classroom, evaluate, and give feedback to the student
- Cultivate a safe, thriving, and respectful environment for all students to foster collaboration and innovation
- With the help of a Teaching Assistance, Create and keep records of attendance, lesson plans, incidents, and other noteworthy events in accordance with the program
- Be an Innovator yourself –

This job might be for you if –
- You have an experience of teaching K-12 for 3+ years.
- You have an experience in working on or teaching STEM-related subjects.
- You excel at communication, speak eloquently, and write well. You can explain just about anything to anyone and are comfortable doing the same.
- You like to learn and execute new things. When things change, you know how to roll with punches. You stay focused, and nothing falls through the cracks on your watch.
- You enjoy solving problems, and find creative solutions.
- You are driven and passionate about eductaion and technology. You volunteer for new challenges without waiting to be asked. You tend to take ownership to the time you spend on projects and truly want ot make an impact.
Location of Operation – Mumbai, India.
Time – Full Time
Compensation – 6 to 9 LPA (Decided based on the performance during probation of first three months)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent
Part-time hours: 48 per week
Salary: ₹600,000.00 – ₹900,000.00 per year
