• Regularly Evaluate Team Performance, Identify Gaps, And Plan Training To Improve Performance And Achieve Desired Results
• Build and maintain relationships with students, Resolve students queries
• Gain Comprehensive Product Knowledge To Enhance Team Performance
• Create A Supportive Environment For The Team To Excel In”
• Do the market race and prepare the list of prospective customers
• Build Database of key contact persons in the assigned geography.
• Manage Category leads from qualification to closure
