Centre Manager ( Sales, Marketing and Counselling )

1. Chembur (East ) Mumbai.

We are looking for an experienced Center Manager having up to 1-5 years of relevant experience as a Centre Manager/Counsellor of any other Similar Wellness Center/Clinic/ Educational Institutes / Schools.

Candidates who stay near by Harbour/Central Line should only apply for Chembur/ Thane office locations of the Company

Candidate is expected to generate leads, grow center business for the center and regularly take client calls and engage with them to provide initial support.

Key Activities of the Role:

• Offline / Online Networking and Lead Generation
• Online Sales of the company’s professional services.
• Develop Strategic Alliances and Partnerships with others.
• Marketing and PR Coordination.
• Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders
• Listening to Clients and understanding the Client’s Mental & Emotional state.
• Helping Client to determine the appropriate next steps and connect them with Counsellors / Therapists.

The successful candidate will also be friendly professional, with outstanding people skills. Aptitude to empathize with the people and genuine willingness to help clients in overcoming their life issues.

Minimum Qualification and Experience:

• Graduate/Post Graduate degree/diploma in Marketing, Counselling, Psychology, Education, Journalism Or Social work.
• Time management, Multi-tasking and co-ordination skills are necessary prerequisite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to Independently manage the center operations & client engagement.

Contract length: 12 months

Salary: ₹150,000.00 – ₹200,000.00 per year
