Primary Responsibilities:

• A deep knowledge of child-centred pedagogy and a passionate belief in children learning through play and environment.
• Employing a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, media etc.) to teach children
• Working on the school teaching and learning plans for the early childhood
• Observing each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem.
• Guide children to develop their artistic and practical capabilities through a carefully constructed curriculum (identify shapes, numbers or colors, do crafts etc.)
• Track children’s progress and report to parents
• Communicate with parents regularly to understand the children’s background and psyche
• Collaborate with other educators

Required Certification/s:

• Appropriate degree and teaching qualification.
• ECCD is mandatory

Required Skills:

• Excellent classroom management and organizational skills
• Experience teaching in ICSE/IGCSE or international setting is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of and experience with incorporating technology into teaching
• Enthusiasm and creativity with a passion for teaching and learning
• Excellent communication skills with colleagues and parents
