Job: Preschool Teacher
Location: Chicago, IL, USA
Pay: Starting at 15$/ Hour
Duties:

• Work with the children from 6 months to 6 years of age.
• Work under the supervision of other female teachers. (females teachers preferred)
• Develop and implement the curriculum.
• Support creativity and learning.
• Provide supervision during activities.
• Select age-appropriate developmental materials for the classroom.
• Keep the classroom neat and organized.
• Provide parents with progress reports.
• File incident reports as needed.
• Diaper changes and toilet training kids might be needed based on the age group.
• Should attend two early childhood development courses at a college in Chicago.

(Scholarship will be provided based on the need and merit).

• Should be able to accommodate flexible schedules.

Visa: School Will Sponsor J1-Visa

• The initial term of the visa will be 2 years and maybe extended to additional 3 years to a total of 5 years.
• The school will reimburse part of the visa application costs.

Qualifications:

• Must have B.Ed. Degree.
• At least 2 years experience working as a teacher in past 4 years.
• Excellent communication skills in spoken English, we expect you to speak slowly and clearly using

proper grammar.

• Ability to understand and converse in American English.
• Ability to speak and understand one native language.
• Preferred: Prior experience with dealing with kids of small age.

Other information:

• The spouse of the J1 application is eligible for J2 visa.
• J2 visa holders are eligible to work for any employee in the United States of America.
• Sponsor schools will help new teachers accommodate and settle in Chicago.
• You will need to satisfy a few additional J1-related requirements through the school year.
• Additional training will be provided on the job.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 – ₹100,000.00 per month
