Deputy Director (Training & Faculty)

THE ROLE

• Reporting to the Head and managing the training/faculty development function.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Report to the Head and manage the training/faculty development function

• Prepare the training budget plan and propose new initiative of training needs

• Plan, coordinate, organize and control the actions to deliver training plan

• Coordinate, creates or source appropriate training opportunities to develop/offer appropriate skills and knowledge

• Establish or participate in the design and development of training programs and workshops with internal and external resources

• Enhance existing collaboration with industry partners, education institutions and authorities on existing program

• Any other duties assigned by the Head

REQUIRED ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION

• PG Degree/ Diploma in Management, Business Administration

REQUIRED ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

• Minimum five years of experience in Learning and Training Development and/or Instructional Design, in a training/ educational institution or in industry

DESIRED COMPETENCIES

• Strong content and curriculum knowledge and prior experience in identifying pedagogical needs;

• Ability to develop and deliver technical training to participants with varying levels of technical understanding;

• Strong analytical, conceptualization and writing skills, as well as ability to articulate ideas in a clear and succinct manner;

• Organized with good project management skills in observing strict adherence to deadlines, as well as the ability to balance varied interests of stakeholders from different functions;

• Ability to work with and engage stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment with plans and their timely execution;

• Good leadership and people skills, self-motivated and resourceful;

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;

• Able to inspire team members as well as peers;

• Passionate about teaching.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹600,000.00 – ₹700,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Hyderabad, Hyderabad – 500004, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Master’s (Preferred)

Experience:

• Experience working with students: 5 years (Preferred)
