Job Summary

The Design Institute of India is a leading design institute offering modern day education in Fashion Design, Interior Design, Textile design & Jewellery Design.

We are looking for Experienced and Enthusiastic Academic counselor cum Centre Manager with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Responsible for calling all leads & converting them into walk-ins & admissions
• Handling walk-in enquiries & converting them into admissions
• Counseling prospective students and their parents about the different courses offered by us
• Responsible for Handling outbound calls and Incoming calls to ensure fresh walk-ins in the centre
• Recording and maintaining records of all enquiries.
• Meeting business targets through effective counselling and selling skills
• Maintaining reports(daily, weekly, monthly, fee collection, projection, students records etc.)
• Managing the centre & taking ownership of the business
• Manage & coordinate the participation of institute in fashions shows, exhibitions, education fairs, job fairs.
• Handling assigned administrative responsibilities
• Manage & ensure timely fee collection from students every month
• Monitor class schedules to ensure smooth running of classes
• Monitor student & faculty attendance to maintain discipline
• Developing & maintaining cordial relationship with students & faculty to ensure positive environment.
• Maintain appropriate student records in the Enrollment system
• Supervising staff & handling daily adhoc responsibilities

Key Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Design awareness would be an advantage
• Fluency in spoken & written English
• Good knowledge in MS Word , MS Excel, Email, Data Entry, Internet
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Professional attitude and appearance

Qualifications

1-2 Years of working Experience as a Academic Counselor with an Educational Institute

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
