Job Title: Teacher Level of teaching: Pre-Primary Mentor/ Primary Mentor/Secondary Mentor for All Subjects

Responsibilities:

To plan, teach, and educate students according to the guidelines provided by the National Curriculum Framework under the overall guidance of the Head of the School/Principal and the academic team at the corporate office

Essential qualifications: A graduate degree relevant to school education Desirable qualifications: As per NCTE norms – Diploma or certificate in basic teachers’ training of a duration of not less than two years or Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.) or equivalent

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Good understanding of the needs and feelings of children

Outstanding organizational skills.

Proficient computer skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills

Excellent instructional skills

Understand child psychology and help them emotionally and academically

Ability to inspire and enthuse young children

Ability to work with students from diverse cultural, economic, and ability backgrounds.

Ability to perform basic, informal level, and joyful

Story – telling to drive motivation and create interest

Music for rhymes and class management

Dance to encourage physical movement

Arts and crafts to create a learning environment and interest

Work environment:

 Daily reporting to the school to deliver the job responsibilities in campus

 Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, operate a computer, hand-held learning devices and other office equipment.
