Responsibilities

• Cold call Parents using a given phone directory to counsel students on the phone for our Product/services
• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
• The counselling will lead to forms filling for admission to our programs as per your assigned targets.
• You would be expected to maintain daily MIS on the calls attended and walk ins attended (if any)
• Proven experience as tele-Counselor or similar experience

• Proven track record of successful conversions

• Working knowledge of software of excel, Word etc and telephone systems

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Proficient in English

• Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints

• Persistent and results-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
