Job Description:
Plan learning and staff development programs using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, role play, self-study, meetings conferences, workshops, videoconferencing and web-based learning
Coordinate and lead training that includes classroom style, one on one coaching, all store meetings and leadership conferences, presentations to corporate Senior Management
Content Development
Execute training development programs
Train on support tools and system environments
Train on the new system functionality and business processes
Develop training strategies, standards and tools
Work in sync with business stakeholders to increase the productivity of new joiners and control attrition.
Requirements;
Requirements:
14 years experience in training and development management in any industry (retail, NBFC, or financial company is Preferred).
Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools.
Familiarise yourself with traditional and modern training processes.
Fantastic organisational and time management skills.
Strategic and creative mindset.
