- Feedback Caller will be responsible for making calls to the guests who have checked out from our various hotel units from PAN India and taking their feedback on their stay at our properties.
- Good Communication Skills
- Handling day-to-day calls and emails.
- Handle many inbound and outbound calls to customers and clients.
- Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues, and provide solutions.
- Master in Language – Hindi/English/Marathi
- Candidate from Hotel Industry Preferred.
