The Brand Saloon – IIEDM Institute is looking for an Academic Counsellor with a career counseling background and experience in Digital Marketing, with 1-year of experience for the Mumbai location only. Candidates who are open to work from office should only apply.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Attend Walk-in Students and Explain About Various Courses
• Follow-up for conversion of inquiries into admission
• Set sales targets and define strategy to achieve these targets and to follow the set strategy punctually
• Exceed revenue targets by bringing in business that is in line with company’s goals
• Assist in planning and implementing special events and activities.
• Supervises the activities of subordinates.
• Oversee daily center operations and coordinates center activities through assigned staff; prioritizes and delegates work activities.
• Evaluates center activities for effectiveness to develop improved methods; devises evaluation methodology and implements; analyses result and recommends and/or takes appropriate action.
• Maintains direct contact with personnel of various outside organizations and university departments associated with center projects.
• Supervise a team of counsellor and tele- caller Admin
• Developing new business & market opportunities.

Requirements:

• Should have good sales skills with experience in Counselling and Centre Management (Pref: – Somebody who has worked with education institute etc). Focused and possess sales mind set.
• Proficient Written and Oral communication Skills
• Graduate in any stream

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
