About the role:

The Boffo School is a leading preschool and looking for an experienced Full-time Montessori Directress / Preschool Teacher (female) who can help us in building and establishing our new school. This role requires you to understand the child’s psychology, guide the child as per the need, create detailed activity plans, and curricula focused on developing social, physical, intellectual, and emotional skills, assess the child’s development, and communicate with parents as required. You should be able to create a nurturing, stimulating classroom environment where every child feels comfortable.

Job Responsibilities:

• Creating and maintaining a safe, clean, stimulating classroom where all children feel safe and valued.
• Observing and guiding teachers as well as children while they learn in the classroom environment.
• Setting an excellent example for students and instilling good values in them like honesty, accountability, understanding, tolerance, respect, love, and kindness.
• Monitoring and assessing student progress and writing up reports.
• Ensuring classroom supplies and equipment are available and in good working condition.
• Communicate with parents on the progress of the child.

Essential Abilities and Personality Competencies:

• Highly energetic, jovial, patient and empathetic
• Excellent observational, and communication skills.
• The ability to multitask, keep calm under pressure, and treat everyone with love and respect.
• Should have hands-on experience and ready to make her hands dirty

Education Qualification:

• Certificate from AMI or India Montessori Center is a must.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience:

• 4-8 years of Experience in working with Montessori School will be preferred

or

• 8 years of Experience in working with pre-schools.

Salary: No bar for the deserving candidate

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
