The Boffo School – “Nurturing Curiosity”
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide basic care and caregiving activities
- Use a wide range of teaching methods (stories, media, indoor or outdoor games, drawing etc) to enhance the child’s abilities
- Creating and maintaining a safe, clean, stimulating classroom where all children feel safe and valued.
- Identify behavioral problems and determine the right course of action
- Collaborate with other colleagues
- Communicate with parents on the progress of the child.
Essential Abilities and Personality Competencies:
- Highly energetic, jovial, patient and empathetic
- Methodical and creative
- Patience, flexibility and love for children
- The ability to multitask, keep calm under pressure, and treat everyone with love and respect.
- A lifelong learner who can be a good role model for children.
Education Qualification:
- A Bachelor degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A degree or Diploma in Early childhood teaching, education, child psychology or in a related discipline is preferred.
- Courses or training like storytelling, dance, music, drama, origami, sign language, or any course related to Early childhood education would be advantageous.
Experience:
- 2-4 years of Experience in working with DayCare / pre-schools / Playgroup schools
Location: Noida
Start Date: Immediately
Job Type: Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹8,000.00 – ₹12,000.00 per month

- Sector 117, Noida – 201304, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
