Job Description : Vice President – Strategic Partnerships and Sales

The Big Red Group is looking for a candidate with experience in Partnerships and Operations either within a startup or an educational organisation. Ideally, someone who is self motivated can take the responsibility for helping build up a business by identifying new business prospects and selling our services to them

Must maintain relationships with current clients and build and maintain relationships with new clients

They will also need to stay ahead of their competition and work on sharpening and improving their skills by attending workshops and webinars etc.

We create experiential programs with top Ivy League universities and professors across the world for high school students

These programs range from leadership, entrepreneurship, literature, sports to robotics

You will be part of the founding team of The Big Red Group and will take ownership of the product with us as a partner. 

Sales Responsibilities:

1.         Drive end to end sales cycle and get goal oriented results.

2.         Identifying decision makers amongst the inbound/outbound leads in order to start the sales process.

3.         Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects of the organisation.

4.         Updating client information in the database.

5.         Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

6.         Develop a consulting and trusted advisory relationship with client stakeholders.

Partnership Role:

1. Generate and maintain relationships with stakeholders like professors, school directors/principals, school counselors.
2. Build capacity within the company for running engaging programs and delivery mechanisms for students
