Overview As a Tele Caller – Fresher, you will play a crucial role in the organization’s success by initiating communication with potential customers to generate leads and contribute to the overall sales process. You will be the first point of contact for customers, presenting a positive and professional image of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and qualify leads
- Explain products or services to customers and answer their questions
- Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues
- Meet or exceed targets for lead generation and call quotas
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Adhere to scripts and guidelines while making calls
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude towards customers
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement
