Exp Level 5 – 10 Yrs

1. Pre Admissions – Marketing

a. Have a thorough knowledge of all admissions procedures

b. Draft advertisements for insertion in newspapers/periodicals and on the website

c. Ensure release of ads through all channels

d. Follow up with vendors for release of ads

e. Liaise with other schools in Pune

f. Prepare and, if required, make presentations to the public in general

g. Maintain statistical data for admissions

h. Conduct a demographic analysis of the catchment area

i. Liaise with Management from time to time to get the website updated as may be required

2. Handle Admission Enquiries:

a. Attend to all admissions-related phone calls

b. Handle email inquiries

c. Meet parents for admission with prior appointment

d. Dispatch of brochures and admission/academic-related letters to prospective students’ parents

e. Bring to the notice all matters about academics, and education in general, to the concerned School/ Programme Heads/ Coordinators.

3. Admissions Procedure

a. Be the Convener of the Admissions Committee, which shall consist of the Principal, the Head/ Coordinator of the programs, CEO & Marketing Consultant

b. Organize and conduct school admission tests, as allowed by law.

i. Registration and administration of entrance tests, as allowed by law, as and when new students are to be considered for admission. Preparation of letters of offer of admission and checking of the invoice for fee payment before dispatch to accepted candidates.

c. Follow up all requests and prepare papers, merit lists, etc. for the Admissions Committee, to facilitate admissions procedures.

d. Point of receipt for all admissions related documents by post or courier, for further routing to respective departments, and further action

e. Communicate with the accounts department in connection with registration and fee payment for new students

f. Communicate with the Principal in connection with finalizing direct admissions, issues of deferred payment, issues related to rejected/withdrawn candidates

g. Prepare and update class lists, including details of new/old students, as and when new students are admitted.

h. Update and email details of every new admission to the Principal, Section Heads, Librarian, Reception, Stores, Accounts, and network engineer/ technology resource.

4. Post Admissions

a. Maintain and update the student database regarding mailbox entries for current and changes in addresses, telephone numbers, emails

b. Maintain and update the database for detailed personal particulars, contact details, subject choices, assessment records, reports, and transcripts. These records need to be updated for existing students, entered for new students, and moved into relevant folders for withdrawn students.

d. Check all submitted documents, for transfer certificates, migration certificates, and letters of offer of admission, etc., before obtaining the Principal’s signature.

e. Maintain the GR register as per ICSE Board norms

f. Assist the Admin resource in entering details on various portals as per compliance requirements

6. Maintain MIS – Admission, Capacity & Withdrawals

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
