We wish to recruit a part-time Math Instructor to teach our Abacus program with the following requirements:

• Excellent command over subject matter (Mathematics)
• Excellent command over English & Hindi.
• Ability to efficiently teach school students
• Highly motivated individual who can impact the students’ learning outcome to the best of their abilities.
• Meet and exceed level-wise retention targets
• Good communication & interpersonal skills with a pleasant disposition towards children
• Minimum 1 year of abacus or maths teaching experience

Day to Day Responsibilities:
– Taking demos, regular classes and extra classes for students.
– Managing the class & feedback cycle (with parents), modifying lessons to be delivered to students.
– Create, manage practice worksheets & tests.

The main duty of an Abacus Instructor is to ensure maximum efficiency in teaching core Abacus concepts to students from class 1 to 5

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• You are required to have -Laptop , Wifi and Strong subject knowledge
• Available part-time for 6 days in a week from 2pm to 8pm (with weekly off on Wednesday)
