Job description

• You will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in your respective subject area and providing personalized career counseling to help students make informed decisions about their future paths.
• Conduct assessments and aptitude tests to identify students’ strengths, interests, and career aptitudes
• Assist students in developing personalized academic and career plans based on their individual aspirations and abilities
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in your subject area and career counseling practices
• Collaborate with other teaching staff and counselors to enhance the overall learning experience for students
• Flexibility to work within Chennai and its surrounding areas
