Role Description
This is a full-time role for TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) Teachers specializing in various subjects. As a TGT Teacher, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering lesson plans, educating students, assessing learning outcomes, and fostering a positive classroom environment. You will use effective teaching methods to ensure student engagement and comprehension. Administrative responsibilities, including maintaining records and collaborating with colleagues and parents, are also part of the role. This is an on-site role based in Dumka.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Teaching methodologies
- A strong background in Education and Training to enable holistic student development
- Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues
- Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) or a related field
- Prior experience in teaching at the TGT level is advantageous
- Ability to inspire and motivate students in a structured yet flexible learning environment
- Proficiency in classroom management and the use of modern teaching aids
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
