Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for student recruitment and admissions in USA.
• Lead the team of education counsellors in providing high-quality advising services to international students
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies in USA
• Develop and manage budgets for international student services
• Maintain and develop partnerships with overseas institutions and organizations
• Plan and oversee international travel arrangements for students and staff
• Stay up-to-date with trends and developments of USA in the field of international education
• Meet Allotted Team targets ( Leads, Applications & Visas)
• Resolve escalations and ensure a smooth student journey
• Conduct Training sessions & help build a world-class team of counsellors
• Maintain high Satisfaction Ratings
• Report & Data Management
• Implement Organizational Values, Goals & objectives within the team
• Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to achieve set targets
• Identify, analyze and rectify operational issues in coordination with immediate supervisors

Desired Candidate Profile

• In-depth knowledge of USA(4 Years +)
• 4+ years of experience in leading a team of a minimum of 6 counsellors
• Sound Understanding of various courses, admissions process, Visa process, and career options across various disciplines
• Knowledge of international student recruitment and Familiarity with current trends and developments in USA education
• Experience in Shortlisting universities based on student profiles & preferences
• Experience in working with CRMs ( such as Zoho, Salesforce, etc..) is desirable.
• Excellent in written and spoken communication with the ability to present to large audiences
• Previous Stakeholder Management Experience (Good to have and will be preferred)
• Proficient with MS Office and other Web Conferencing tools.
• Expertise in time management, analytical and organizational skills along with prior experience in Team Management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Strong organizational and budget management skills
