Roles and responsibility : – To achieve the given revenue and sales targets of the allocated territory and college/school accounts. – Complete ownership of Sales, Marketing, Operations and Customer/Student Experience for the given territory. – Responsible for closures for the accounts assigned to you
Prepare well for the demos and webinars. – Take feedback from the peers
Handle objections raised by the prospective students independently. – Identifying, developing and managing business relationships and selling our learning products. – To ensure effective branding of the organization and that events are done through various mediums as and when required. – To make proper utilization of reports and its effective analysis for Strategic thinking and execution. – Drives Business growth, and Market Share of the specific category with strong product, competition, and consumer analytics
Requirements : – MBA/Graduation from Tier 1/Tier 2 colleges – 2-5 years of on-ground B2B business development experience with Edtech/Consumer Durables /Healthcare organizations. – Ability to think on the feet and handle sales objections. – Highly driven and resourceful candidate (fast-paced start-up experience preferred) – Ability to take initiative in a constantly changing work environment and a generalist do-what-it-takes mindset About Us: The fastest rising startup in the EdTech space, focussed on Engineering and Government Job Exams and with an eye to capture UPSC, PSC, and international exams
