Job Description: Process Trainer – Healthcare (C1)

Reporting to: Operations Manager

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 2+ years total work experience with at least 1+ year of relevant experience in International Healthcare (Voice Background)

Work Mode: On-site, 5 days a week (Any 2 days week/offs)

Shifts: US Shift

Job Role: Process Trainer – Healthcare (C1)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and facilitate learning and development interventions to enhance team performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop content accordingly.
  • Design and evaluate training materials, including facilitators’ guides and participants’ resources, to support technical programs.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Maintain client relationships by understanding and addressing their learning needs effectively.
  • Manage training schedules, ensuring timely delivery of training programs.
  • Utilize strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve training-related challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with US/UK content and standards in training programs.
  • Employ IT skills to analyze client needs and agree on specifications for learning content/materials.

Requirements

  • Education: A strong educational background with relevant qualifications in training or healthcare.
  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years of total work experience, with at least 1+ year in a relevant international healthcare (voice) environment.
  • Communication Skills: C1 level communication skills with proven client relationship skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of computer basics, including Windows, Excel, Word, Email, and Internet.
  • Consultancy Skills: Well-developed consultancy skills to design and evaluate learning materials effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities with the resilience to make key decisions under pressure.
  • Time Management: Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and people effectively.

Skills And Competencies

  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Customer Service: A strong background in the customer service industry, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Training Expertise: Experience in developing and delivering training content tailored to international healthcare standards.
