Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Academic Counselor. The Lead Academic Counselor will be responsible for day-to-day academic counseling and advising, career counseling, and communication with students. The Lead Academic Counselor will work closely with other counselors and advisors to ensure the success and well-being of our students.

Qualifications

• Student Counseling, Career Counseling, and Academic Advising skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in education or higher education
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students
• Problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Master’s degree in counseling, education, or related field
• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role
