School Caretaker – Permanent role School Caretaker – Leatherhead, Surrey School Caretaker – £23,000 per annum School Caretaker – Primary School Do you have a background in general maintenance? Have you worked as a caretaker in a school before? Are you looking for a job that entails maintenance and groundskeeping? School Caretaker – information about the role Tempest Resourcing are seeking an experienced caretaker in the Leatherhead area. The role will require someone to start asap and have experience as a caretaker in a school setting, or a housing association. The role will include common caretaking duties such as; security, lighting, heating, stock control, cleaning, maintenance, storekeeping, energy conservation, emergencies and sometimes groundskeeping. The caretaker of the school would report to the premises manager in most cases. The hours for this role will be Monday – Friday, 10am-6pm. Our clients require all candidates to have a fully enhanced DBS on the update service. We are able to offer both full time and part time positions, however, do bear in mind that schools will sometimes require hours to change due to certain needs such as, taking in stock and dealing with external contractors.
