Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Conduct sales training for new hire training classes / production agents
- Conduct retraining, cross training and up training classes
- Efficiency required for completion of all required forms and reports within the time frame allocated
- Maintain and update all sales training material
- Should possess a complete knowledge and understanding of products and quality guidelines for all clients and programs
- Support and monitor new trainees during the OJT (On the Job Training) period
- Create new product specific sales training curriculum
- Knowledge of training ideologies (Kirkpatrick model, KSA, TNA, TNI etc)
- Attention to details
- Reasoning skills
- Analytical Skills
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 3 years international sales BPO experience.
- Should be comfortable to work in hard core night shifts.
