TekPillar Hiring for Training Manager in Learning and Development – TeleVertical Job at Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Mumbai (All Areas) Full Time

We are searching for a passionate and experienced Training Manager to join our vibrant Learning and Development (L&D) department.

In this role, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering impactful training programs specifically for our Bancassurance Channel candidates focused on the Tele Sales vertical. You will be responsible for equipping these future sales professionals with the knowledge, skills, and behaviours needed to excel in their roles and contribute to the company’s success.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify the specific training requirements for Bancassurance Tele Sales representatives.
• Design and develop engaging and effective training programs aligned with the company’s sales methodology, life insurance products, and regulatory guidelines.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into training content.
• Source and curate relevant learning materials, including presentations, case studies, and eLearning modules.
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions for Bancassurance Tele Sales candidates, utilising a variety of instructional methods.
• Facilitate role-playing exercises, simulations, and group discussions to enhance learning and application.
• Cultivate a positive and collaborative learning environment for trainees.
• Provide clear and concise instruction, ensuring all learning objectives are met.
• Develop and implement effective assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Gather feedback from trainees and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
• Continuously refine and update training content based on feedback and industry trends.
• Collaborate closely with the Bancassurance Sales Team to understand their specific needs and challenges.
• Build strong working relationships with other L&D professionals to ensure program alignment and consistency.

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Training & Development, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a tele sales role within the Life Insurance or Banking industry (experience managing a tele sales team highly desirable).
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and delivering training programs for adults, preferably in a virtual or blended learning environment.
• Strong understanding of life insurance products, tele sales best practices, and relevant regulations (IRDAI).
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, instructional design, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to travel occasionally.
