As a Trainer at Tekgence Technologies, your primary responsibility is to deliver high-quality training to students in various software development, Hardware and Networking, Digital Marketing courses, Your role involves the following:

• Conducting training sessions and lectures on software development, Hardware and Networking, Digital Marketing courses, courses.
• Providing hands-on practical training and guidance to students.
• Contributing to the development and enhancement of the course curriculum.
• Designing and administering assessments to evaluate students’ progress.
• Offering constructive feedback and guidance to students.
• Providing support and assistance in problem-solving.
• Staying updated with industry trends and advancements.
• Enhancing personal knowledge and expertise through continuous learning.
• Bringing industry insights into training sessions.
• Collaborating with other trainers, faculty members, and industry professionals.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages, frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
• Prior teaching or training experience, preferably in software development.
• Hands-on experience in software development and real-world projects.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.
