Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver comprehensive training in Java technologies.
• Keep the learning modules current by updating/revising it on an ongoing basis based on the updates from internal stakeholders.
• Ensure training effectiveness through qualitative + quantitative feedback.
• Pre screening and post training assessment/interview support.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Training delivery capacity on Full Stack Java Development.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant Industry experience in Full stack Java development
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience in delivering training through webinars.
• Knowledge about Front-end, Back-end, the database, and finally the integration process.
• Training delivery capacity on Full Stack Java Development.
