Full Job Description

Responsibilities in detail:

As a Sales Head, you will be responsible for setting weekly and monthly sales targets, training new telesales staff, designing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring the performance of the sales team, and handling escalated customer complaints.

  • Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training and coaching
  • To lead & manage our growing telesales/sales team
  • Develop a sales strategy to achieve organisational sales goals and revenues
  • Set individual sales targets with sales team
  • Work on sales scripts with tele counsellors/agents
  • Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience as a sales head role is preferred.3-4 yrs of any sales leadership role is also a good fit

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹150,000.00 – ₹240,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Business development: 3 years (Preferred)
