We are looking for a Senior Education Counselor to join our team, specializing in guiding prospective students interested in MBA and PGDM programs. This role involves providing comprehensive information about our educational offerings, assisting students in making informed decisions, and supporting them throughout the application and enrollment process.

Key responsibilities include conducting one-on-one consultations with students, providing detailed program information, assisting with application submissions, building and maintaining relationships with prospective students, and ensuring accurate data management. You will also stay updated on industry trends, competitor programs, and participate in training and development activities.

Qualifications for this role include a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred), proven experience in education counseling (especially in MBA/PGDM admissions), strong knowledge of these programs and admission processes, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in CRM software, and a customer-focused approach.

Salary: ₹25,362.20 – ₹40,865.04 per month
