Job Description

• Counsel students regarding educational issues such as course and program selection, class scheduling etc. Answer general queries regarding the courses and schedules

• Maintain accurate and complete student records

• Monitor the schedule, attendance & functioning of the online and offline classes assigned to each counsellor

• Coordinate with teachers & students in managing re-scheduling of online classes Coordinate with teachers and students for offline courses

• Provide online and offline support to teachers and students when issues occur in their sessions

• Update course catalogues

• Upload notes, assignments and evaluation and monitor

• Help students to identify and monitor their goals in music through Periodic counselling. Prepare students for additional learning & collaboration experiences by encouraging them to explore such opportunities associated with other platforms & services from TechSARIGA

• Collaborate with teachers and administrators in the development, evaluation, and revision/improvement of courses or features of the platform

Qualification

• BA Music/MA Music/Diploma in Music/ Any degree or PG with music background

• Knowledge of MS Office & reasonable speed in typing. Should be comfortable in working with an online platform and online video conferencing

• Good communication skill(English + Malayalam/Tamil/Hindi/Telugu). Hindi speaking is mandatory.

Maximum 4 years’ experience (Freshers also can apply)

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
