Role Description

This on-site contract role is based in Salem and involves working as a Tutor at FutoGen Computer Education. The Tutor will be responsible for teaching technology-related subjects, mentoring students, and delivering educational content in an engaging and comprehensible manner. Additional responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, responding to student inquiries, and fostering a positive learning environment that supports skill development.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of computer concepts, programming languages, and technology-related areas
• Teaching, mentoring, and lesson planning skills
• Experience with engaging delivery methods and creating a supportive learning environment
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities
• Flexibility to adapt teaching methods to individual and group needs
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Education, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in teaching or tutoring technology subjects is advantageous
