Job Description
Deliver training programs for Data Analytics, Python, SQL, Excel, C/C++, and Full-Stack Development.Deliver engaging classroom and online training sessions with practical, hands-on learning approaches.Create structured course content, assignments, assessments, case studies, and project-based learning modules.Mentor, guide, and support trainers and learners to ensure high-quality learning outcomes.Monitor learner progress, evaluate performance, and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.Ensure training content remains updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.Coordinate with internal teams to align training programs with industry and organizational requirements.Conduct trainer evaluations and implement best practices to improve training effectiveness.Organize workshops, coding sessions, mock interviews, and placement preparation activities.Track batch performance, attendance, completion rates, and learner satisfaction metrics.Support students in building real-world projects and strengthening problem-solving capabilities.Maintain training documentation, reports, schedules, and learning resources effectively.Foster a positive, motivating, and collaborative learning environment for all participants.Ensure timely completion of training programs while maintaining high training standards and quality.
