You will have excellent research skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. To ensure success, training managers should understand the business operation and decision-making processes with a keen interest in producing targeted and tangible results. Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 4-5 year as relevant experience
  • Currently designated as a Product trainer (Assistant Manager / Manager)
  • Qualification to degree level or equivalent

Mandatory Skill Set Requirement:

  • Manage & deliver client trainings for complete / enhancements of Product
  • Develop & refresh product training manuals that target tangible results
  • Exposure to quality framework & methodologies
  • Ability to develop individualized and group product training programs that address specific business needs
  • Keep abreast of training trends, developments and best practices
  • Familiar with traditional and modern training processes
  • Well-developed presentation & communication skills

Desirable:

  • Ability to rapidly assimilate new technologies and teach yourself
  • Deep understanding of SDLC & should be able to contribute during beta phases
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Exposure to Project & Product Management principles
