A training manager is expected to be a strategic thinker with fantastic organizational and time management skills. You will have excellent research skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. To ensure success, training managers should understand the business operation and decision-making processes with a keen interest in producing targeted and tangible results. Top candidates will be innovative, strong decision-makers and outstanding facilitators of learning and change.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 4-5 year as relevant experience
- Currently designated as a Product trainer (Assistant Manager / Manager)
- Qualification to degree level or equivalent
Mandatory Skill Set Requirement:
- Manage & deliver client trainings for complete / enhancements of Product
- Develop & refresh product training manuals that target tangible results
- Exposure to quality framework & methodologies
- Ability to develop individualized and group product training programs that address specific business needs
- Keep abreast of training trends, developments and best practices
- Familiar with traditional and modern training processes
- Well-developed presentation & communication skills
Desirable:
- Ability to rapidly assimilate new technologies and teach yourself
- Deep understanding of SDLC & should be able to contribute during beta phases
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Exposure to Project & Product Management principles
